Moisturising ingredients ensure colour glides on smoothly, with no tugging or pulling, and the waterproof formula won’t budge or fade and contains Vitamins C & E to provide antioxidant defense. What’s more, this Smudge Stick can be used as a classic pencil liner or as an eye shadow by simply smudging with your fingers or a brush. No sharpener is necessary, simply twist to propel and apply the instant colour-release formula. The propel pencil does not retract. How to use: Apply to upper and lower lash lines and if desired, smudge into a shadow using your fingers. Not tested for use on water line.
